safe3D Viewer is provided under the Deepmesh Studio name. For account and privacy enquiries, contact info@deepmeshstudio.com.

Your study stays on your computer

The viewer reads study files locally in your browser. It does not upload your study, model, geometry or assessment results. PNG and CSV exports are created locally.

Account information

We store your email address, an account identifier, and account creation and last sign in times to provide access. We also process temporary sign in tokens, session information and security records to verify email ownership and prevent abuse. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.

Hosting and email

Hostinger hosts the account service and sends sign in emails. Your email address and sign in link are processed for email delivery. Hosting requests also expose connection details such as your IP address to the hosting service. Study data is not included in these requests.

Cookies and retention

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. The account service does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Sign in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after eight hours. Used links are removed immediately. Scheduled maintenance removes expired tokens and sessions, and security rate records older than 24 hours.

Your account remains until you delete it or ask us to do so. Hosting logs and backup copies are managed separately by the hosting provider; contact us for information about these records.

Your choices

You can delete your account from the Account page after a recent sign in. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
